汪康熙博士現任 California Environmental Protection Agency 水資源管理工程師,長期參與水質管理、污染防治、TMDL 與流域治理相關政策與法規分析,對美國政府監管體系與政策運作有第一線、實戰級的理解。他同時是 Hua Mei Innovation Hub(華美新創中心) CEO,致力於協助亞洲企業與專業人才順利對接美國市場。

 

Kenny 擁有南加州大學 University of Southern California 環境工程博士背景,專業橫跨環境科技、醫療科技與國際市場進入策略。他曾協助多家團隊進行 FDA 醫療器材上市法規規劃,並結合 AI、永續發展與環境科技,打造具備合規性與成長性的商業模式。同時,他也熟悉 E-2、EB-5、L-1、EB-1/EB-2 等投資與人才落地路徑,能從策略層面協助團隊理解「為何這樣做才走得通」。

Dr. Kenny Wang currently serves as a Water Resource Control Engineer at the California Environmental Protection Agency, where he works on water quality management, pollution control, TMDL policy, and watershed governance. His work provides frontline insight into U.S. regulatory systems and environmental policy implementation.

He is also the CEO of Hua Mei Innovation Hub, supporting Asian enterprises and professionals in entering and navigating the U.S. market. Kenny holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California, with expertise spanning environmental technology, medical technology commercialization, AI integration, sustainability strategy, and U.S. regulatory pathways.

He has advised teams on FDA medical device regulatory planning and understands investor and talent immigration pathways including E-2, EB-5, L-1, EB-1, and EB-2 strategies — not just procedurally, but strategically: why certain positioning works and others do not.
