Kristy Huang-Arai 長期投入公共衛生計劃與高齡相關領域，擁有超過十年的工作經驗，專注於公共政策實踐與專案管理。她曾在非營利組織與高等教育機構規劃並推動教育推廣、社區健康與支持性計畫，協調跨部門與利害關係人合作，將政策理念轉化為具體可執行的方案。

她在台灣與美國皆有學習與工作經驗，熟悉不同制度與文化脈絡下的運作方式，了解政策制定、專案推動與組織協作的差異，也掌握中美文化對專業發展、跨部門合作與跨文化溝通的影響，能協助他人從制度與文化視角規劃職涯與專業策略。

Kristy Huang has over 10 years of experience in public health, aging services, and nonprofit program management. She has led education, community health, and supportive programs at nonprofits and higher education institutions — translating policy concepts into actionable, measurable initiatives while coordinating across departments and stakeholders.

Having worked and studied in both Taiwan and the U.S., Kristy understands how different systems and cultural contexts shape professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and career strategies. She helps mentees navigate these differences to build clear, actionable paths.
